School

• AUBCON will be taking place this Saturday from 10am - 5pm, and if you're a fan of sci fi, fantasy, gaming, animé, and shopping, then you are invited to come and participate. The school will be open with a gym full of vendors, local fantasy and sci-fi artists and food. There will be games to get involved in from video games to D&D. Tickets will be sold at the door, the cost for students is only $5 and kids 12 and under are free. All ticket proceeds are going towards the Cole Harbour Community Fridge. • Prom tickets will be on sale this week at lunch time in the Pit.  Cost is $55.

• Ghana T-Shirts will be on sale tomorrow for $10. There is a limited supply so make sure to stop by early to buy yours.

• Peer Tutoring will be available at lunch time today in room 221 for anybody who needs extra help in any of your classes. June will be here before you know it so now is a great time to start preparing for exams!

• Duke of Edinburgh participants: if you have not already submitted both your meal plan and your team goal, you must see Ms Chambers at lunch time.

• A reminder to Grade 12’s to check out the scholarship board in student services.  Be sure to check the deadlines for any you apply for!

• Student Salute goes to Troy Sharpe for helping out with Teacher Appreciation Breakfast and for always cleaning up the parking lot in the mornings.

• Eagle of the Week goes to Eleonora Raso for cheering on everyone at track!
